Mamadil Slim Beauty Sdn Bhd (“Company”) partners with influencers (“Creators”) to promote products through TikTok Shop. Creators earn commissions on each verified sale. Additional brand-sponsored incentives are available for top-performing creators, structured to align with TikTok’s policies.

*Bonuses are not additional TikTok Shop commissions. They are brand incentives offered under a separate marketing agreement for creators who exceed sales targets:
For total monthly sales RM30,001–RM40,000: Eligible for brand-sponsored incentive equivalent to 3% of that segment’s sales.
For monthly sales above RM40,001: Eligible for brand-sponsored incentive equivalent to 2% of that segment’s sales.

These incentives are paid outside TikTok Shop as part of a separate collaboration contract (e.g., future campaigns, fixed-fee sponsorships, or content package payments), not as platform commissions.
TikTok Policy Alignment: All direct sales commissions are handled through TikTok Shop only.
Separate Agreements: Any brand-sponsored incentives are governed by a separate agreement and not processed via TikTok Shop’s commission system.

Must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and advertising rules.
Must accurately represent product details and avoid false claims.

Reporting: TikTok Shop will track and verify sales. Incentive eligibility is based on TikTok Shop data.
Brand Protection: Creators must avoid content that harms the reputation of the Company or violates TikTok’s restricted categories.
Termination: Either party may end the collaboration with seven (7) days’ written notice or immediately for policy violations.
